REFUND POLICY: SERVICES

Montana Registration Services LLC strives for excellence in every service we provide. If you are not satisfied with the service, please reach out, and we will work to find a resolution.

FULL REFUNDS

• If you purchased a service within the last 24 hours and no actions have been taken on your order, you are eligible for a full refund.
• If we are unable to complete the service you ordered, despite you providing all requested documents and your vehicle meeting our requirements, we will issue a full refund. However, delays outside our typical timeframes do not qualify for a refund if the service can still be completed.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Refund requests made over 24 hours after the order was placed will be subject to a $50 service fee for registration and titling services.

CANCELLATION WINDOW

Orders can be canceled at any time before submitting vehicle documents (e.g., proof of ownership). Once documents are received and sent to the DMV, we may be unable to process cancellations or refunds.
