These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Montana Registration Services website (mtregistrationservices.com) and the services provided by Montana Registration Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Description
Montana Registration Services provides private document preparation and administrative assistance services for vehicle registration, LLC formation, corporation formation, registered agent services, and related services. We are not a government agency, law firm, or insurance provider.
Our services include preparing and filing documents with Montana DMV and Montana Secretary of State on behalf of clients. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or insurance advice. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, or insurance matters specific to their situation.
Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your vehicle(s)
- Provide all required documents in a timely manner
- Notify us promptly of any changes to information previously provided
- Ensure you have the legal right to register the vehicle(s) in question
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding vehicle ownership, registration, and use
You acknowledge that misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in rejection of your registration, additional fees, and/or legal consequences for which you are solely responsible.
Fees and Payment
Our service fees are disclosed before you authorize us to proceed. All fees are in US dollars. State and government fees (Montana DMV fees, Secretary of State filing fees) are in addition to our service fees and are billed at cost.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service engagement. We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. Fees are non-refundable once documents have been submitted to the relevant government agency.
Processing Times
We provide estimated processing times based on typical Montana DMV and Secretary of State turnaround times. These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, third-party lenders, or incomplete client documentation. Expedited processing options are available for an additional fee when offered.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montana Registration Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on information provided on our Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
No Legal Advice
Nothing on this Site or in our services constitutes legal advice. We are a document preparation service. For questions about the legality of specific registration structures, use tax obligations, or asset protection strategies, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
